So, this week, New York Magazine published their Breakfast Manifesto. It got me thinking, about how much I love breakfast food. And we all do. But almost as much as I like eating breakfast, I like talking about eating breakfast.
In the spirit of the season, we're doing our own Breakfast Blog Post. I've polled fellow breakfast eaters (via facebook and my office), and here are some of my findings:
From Elizabeth, whom I went to college with:
chocolate chip scone. and strawberries. to counteract the chocolate, you know.
from Marshall from McCall, Idaho:
two shredded wheat biscuits and an egg white omelette with bacon in the english muffin. not together. and a shot of jim beam.
from Bonnie, who runs a dance company in Rexburg:
A bowl of All-Bran and a Diet Coke.
from Amy, who was in my improv class, and is adorable:
i had a scone. it was very british of me.
from Janelle, yet another college friend:
wheat bagel with strawberry cream cheese
from Mallori, who I once climbed a mountian with:
oatmeal with honey
from Kimmy, who has a dog named Olive:
i had 2 pancakes. they were ok.
from Jan, in Texas:
Honey Nut Cheerios and Unsweetened soy milk.
from Laurie, in California, who was my BFF in jr. high and high school:

from Canned Ice, you know who you are:

from James (also known as a [less than] Spooky Ghost):
[boringtown] plain cheerios and milk, a banana

from me, and this is serious, this is actually what I ate:
a chocolate chocolate chip muffin, three molassas cookies (they were pretty small), and milk.
from Jon/Peter/Lewis, a friend to us all:
I had a gas station hot dog, I was on the road...
(after I suggusted he might have more longevity as a living performer, he added)
