Anyone surprised that Michael Johns got kicked off?

And is it just me, or does everyone else hate Kristy Lee as much as I do? Is it just me? I know she had a good night last week, but really, I hate her. She reminds me of this girl I grew up with who, for years, was always in the midst of "saving for a horse".
